James is Head of BSF for EC Harris and is responsible for ensuring service excellence and the best possible outcomes are delivered for clients throughout the BSF programme. He has experience working with Local Authorities, bidders, LEPs, DCSF and academy sponsors.
He brings his experience and knowledge to Local Authorities to ensure that education transformation is at the heart of their BSF programmes, helping them prioritise investment that will result in the greatest impact on outcomes, whilst creating a BSF package that attracts the best partner.
James’s particular skills lie in the strategic development of projects and programmes and he has detailed understanding of the key fundamentals in programme, risk and stakeholder management required for the BSF programmes and academies.
